Born 1990-01-07 in Midland, Ontario. Gavin: 'My middle name is after my uncle Paul. Paul Smith was my dad's step brother, born to my Grandmother (Maud's) and her first husband. He died in his 20s from a car accident. He had been my dad's role model. Exceptionally smart graduating highschool at 15 or 16 I think.' Grew up on the family farm near Lafontaine, Ontario. Married, 2015-08-01, on the farm, too. Lived in Kingston, Ontario, where he graduated from Queen's University with two Bachelor's, one in Commerce, the other in Environmental Studies.
