who's got time?

i'm supposed to learn mindfulness, but who's got time for meditation? i thought i'd be a natural, that it would come easily, but maybe i over-think it, or maybe i'm too hard on myself, or maybe i'm too impatient. maybe i'm just too close, too involved, to be an effective judge. aaaahh... i'm probably like other people: too much of a busy-body to bother. still, the results are tempting, even the process.

  1. it would be good if you could learn to meditate, even lightly, to stop the mind chatter and centre yourself. i can sort of do it during yoga relaxation, but that isn't true meditation. but it helps.
