'The Human Earth'
'A plant cannot grow unless it puts down roots in the earth, good earth. It is the same for a human being. His earth is his family, his human community, the community of his friends. At L'Arche, several months after the death of his father, Jean-Claude, a man with a disability, announced when we were gathered together, Now that my father is dead, L'Arche is my family.
