i'm home alone for the w/e, tho people are kindly visiting/calling/checking on me. i'm not doing anything risky. still, i haven't been this alone in years. we're all striving for independence, i guess, while really learning about our complicated interdependence, which i find strangely comforting and greatly humbling.
