watched american experience (summer of love and woodstock, 50th anniversary). it's also the 74th anniversary of the bombing of hiroshima. quite a contrast, hiroshima and woodstock.

also, while i was looking up alison krause, i fnd out alison krause was one of the people killed by the national guard at kent state, and sang about in neil young 's 'ohio', which i sang and played in my history class. again, war and peace.
